Bishop Towing is a very good company. They saved my life (no exaggeration) and didn't charge a dime. The fuel pump went out in my car, leaving me stalled in a VERY bad location. Semis couldn't stop in time and had to take their chances swerving into the incoming lane to avoid hitting me. I couldn't leave my car due to really bad terrain. Bishop got a tow truck there in roughly two minutes. Risking life and limb, the driver hooked up my car and had us out of danger in a few minutes more. What a pro! Once we were safe and the hazard removed, Bishop donated the tow as a public service and did it at no charge.

We had a motor coach breakdown outside of Goldendale, we called Bishop to see if they could help get the coach back on the road, a technician arrived within 45 minutes diagnosed the problem then troubleshooted a solution and got our coach back on the road within 2 hours. I was stranded in the middle of the night with three babies in the car, and my roadside service company told me I was out of luck and to call the police. Luckily the police referred me to bishop towing, and James changed my tire then followed me back to the nearest town (which was where their shop was), and suggested a safe hotel for the night. Beyond that, he took my rim and got a new tire for me from the next town over before he started work the next day,and changed it for me while only charging for the cost of the tire. I thought this kind of service didn't exist anymore! Thank you James and Bishop towing for saving a stranded family!!!

Cooked my alternator while towing an overwide load. These folks replaced it super fast and at an unbelievable low cost. The price was almost the same if I replaced it myself! Super nice people with a very helpful attitude. I'm going to schedule my update maintenance work with them on my next trip. It will cost me two extra road hours but worth it to have professional work at reasonable cost.

Traveling from California to Washington and had our trailer tire lose tread. Thankful we were able to hobble to Towing & Repair and they were able to replace the tire! Great customer service! They saved us!
